About the Grant

You’ve been working hard to make the world a better place, and we’ve noticed. We want to show our support by offering your organization or socially responsible business a chance to gain the attention it deserves.

Through Free Range’s 2011 Youtopia Grant, we are offering $35,000 worth of design and/or strategic communications services from our menu of core offerings: identity design, web & mobile design, and online movies. This year we will be awarding one overall grant— to either a non-profit working for social change or a socially responsible business.

What change do you want to make this year, and how could a Youtopia grant help? Do you need a new campaign strategy? A facelift for your website? A logo? An innovative application of a cutting edge web tool? As long as you have a concrete goal to make a positive difference for others and our planet, we encourage you to apply.

Like last year, we’re asking the whole world to help us choose the winners. You can help your idea become one of the 20 finalists considered by our judges’ panel by getting votes from your community. So, once you’ve uploaded your idea, spread the word—ask your Facebook friends, Twitter followers, coworkers, and real live friends to get you into the final round.

Please keep in mind that the finalists will be selected by you and anyone else who wants to cast a vote so don’t include any sensitive information.
